Privacy & advertising

Minimal first-party data, with clear separation between site content and advertising services.

The core static guides do not require a user account. The community form is designed to accept a technical contribution without requiring an email address.

Core site

The static knowledge-base pages do not require account creation or a contact form. Normal web infrastructure may process request metadata needed to deliver and secure the site.

Google AdSense

Google AdSense is integrated on the site. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, local storage or other identifiers for advertising, measurement and related purposes where permitted. Visitors in regions that require consent should be presented with the configured consent-management flow.

Community submissions

The community system stores the content you submit, the display name you choose (or “Anonymous”), category, moderation status and timestamps in a Cloudflare D1 database. No email account is required by the form. The application does not intentionally store the submitter's raw IP address in the community table.

Cloudflare Turnstile is used to reduce automated abuse. Turnstile verification is performed by the backend before a submission is accepted.

Do not submit secrets

Community text may become public after moderation. Never include passwords, API keys, private webhook URLs, account identifiers or other confidential information. Moderation reduces risk but is not a substitute for removing secrets before submission.

Retention and moderation

Pending, approved or rejected community content may remain in the moderation database until it is deleted. Moderators can unpublish or delete items when necessary.
